Store Pick-Up & Shipping policy
We will contact you by email or text message to let you know that your order is ready to collect. Once you receive the notification, you may come in to the store and collect it from the counter during our opening hours. Please quote your order number or show us your notification to the staff.
We strive to ship it out within 1-3 business days after payment has been cleared.
How do you pack my order?
We try to make sure all our packages are safe and secure. Basically we won't pack a package in a condition that we would not like to receive it in. If you would like us to pack it extra thoroughly, please contact us as it may change the shipping costs.
What shipping options do you have?
We currently offer Australia Post's Parcel Post and Express Post services.
- Parcel Post takes between 1-10 days depending on the distance and location.
- Express Post will arrive between 1-6 days depending on location and if it is in a metro area.
- Please note delivery times may change depending on Australia Post peak volume seasons.
How can I track my order?
We send out tracking via Australia Post's system which will update you on the progress of your item. Please allow for a day for tracking to show up on the system (in some cases the item may even turn up before the system is fully up to date)!
